Meet the chipmark team! Chipmark is a student-run project at the University of Minnesota. We have been around since 2004, with a new team of students each year. You can learn more about this year's team and take a look at the Chipmark developers through the years below:
The University of Minnesota, Twin-Cities
Chipmark's home is at the University of Minnesota's College of Science and Engineering (formerly, Institute of Technology). All of the members of the project are either students, alumni, or faculty at the university. The University provides all of the computers, labs, and network support for Chipmark. Without the generosity of the university, there would be no Chipmark. The Computer Science department in particular has enabled Chipmark to grow and succeed.
Relationship with Microsoft
Chipmark works closely with Microsoft. Microsoft provides great insight and experience for Chipmark developers. In addition to technical resources, they have also provided funding for Chipmark's servers and most recently hosting on Azure -- Microsoft's cloud.
