If you are referring to the Labels for your chipmarks, this is now integrated into the Manage Chipmarks page.
All of your labels will appear underneath the Labels item in the left-pane of the manage page. By clicking on a label, all of the chipmarks with that label will be displayed in the right-pane.

I hope that answers your question, but if it does not feel free to contact the team more easily at support@chipmark.com

First of all, my compliments on a brilliant product. It is now an irreplaceable part of my Firefox toolbox.

I've been looking for somewhere to post one request for a small improvement which I think would making bookmarking (at least for me) a lot easier.

Basically, the problem I have with the firefox chipmark extension is that once you have a large number of chipmarks, and have a large number of chipmark folders (to organize them), adding a chipmark becomes a pain.

Principally, this is because every time you select the 'Chipmark this page...' option, the 'Add Chipmark' dialog displays all the folder hierarchy fully expanded, this makes it a real pain to navigate to the place where you wish to add a chipmark.

So, I was wondering if you would consider either making the folder list collapsed by default, or adding an option to the plug-in so that users can select 'collapsed by default' or 'expanded by default'.???

Possibly an even better alternative, and this would probably be my personal preference, would be to add a 'Add chipmark here' menu option to the context menu displayed when the user right clicks on a chipmark or chipmark folder within the chipmark menu.

Again, great job on this wonderful product.

Thanks

This has become an almost indispensable way for me to share bookmarks with co-workers and friends.

I'm still noticing that on both of my accounts (personal and work) that I need to Refresh daily before I can send a chipmark. Its almost like the server forgets who I am. Once I refresh, and the server knows who I am again, Im able to send chipmarks to people on my list. All of my chipmarks show in my folders, but my inbox or any of the dynamic folders are never updated unless I refresh.

Feature Request: Group chipmark sending to send the same bookmark to multiple people easily. Kinda like a mailing list (sort of). This way if a team has 40 people on it, in different sections, and someone wants to send a bookmark to say 25 of those people, he can chipmark send to Team A (10ppl), Team B (9ppl) and Team D (6ppl) as opposed to doing it manually each time. Sure beats broadcast emails as well!

I would like to build my own server, where is the latest source code (SVN access ?) and installation instructions. It looks promising, so I will give it a try as soon as I have installed it at home. Thanks.

Never mind the fact that my chipmarks were suddenly, overnight, no longer sorted... where on earth did the sorting and organizing functionality /go/? I can't manually or automatically sort my chipmarks from menu or from the site's interface! How on earth did this make it past testing?

All points are improvements otherwise. The plugin is good, but you guys messed up on a very obvious and required feature this time.

Thanks Tiogshi,

This is what I was trying to get across. I wrote directly to support about it and I hope it gets resolved.

Björn,

I will be updating the source tarball on both this site (https://www.chipmark.com/Main?target=download) and on sourceforge in the very near future.

Keep watching then - the link will likely change to include a version so you will know.

Thanks,

RE: the "Add Chipmark Here" functionality. It's something we want too, but it was too complex to add into this last Firefox release because of some technical issues with how the Firefox extension currently constructs the menu. It's something we'd like to see done ultimately though, as it would be a nice UI enhancement. Similarly, we'd like to have chipmarks be drag/drop reorganizable in the Firefox menu if possible.

About the sorting-- the only reason it didn't get caught in testing is because we didn't realize that many users were taking advantage of this feature. Luckily, the addition of the blog gives us the ability to get even more direct feedback then that of the plug-in or email account. The Blog has saved the day!

"Add Chipmark Here" is definitely the most needed feature for me too.

Besides that I would really like to see the ability to add Chipmark folder to the Toolbar as you can with Firefox's native bookmarks. This makes organization of a large number of "everyday" bookmarks much easier to access.

How about adding the ability to assign our own icons to each chipmark? Not really to replace the ones that are found on each individual web site, but rather to add icons for those links that don't contain favicons.
